Yoga for the Young at Heart

A slower paced class for those who may find everyday movements challenging. Practice is directed to improving joint mobility, increasing blood circulation and strength, building balance and posture, enhancing breath capacity and relaxation, toning muscle, improving prana flow and so aiding rejuvenation. Classes are held by an experienced teacher in a warm supportive environment.
